1. People don't realize that "10 bucks" is, for some people, a whole day's work in some countries, and if speaking of mine, you cannot find an extra job to do and earn something, everyone's a little bit of an electrician, a plumber, even a carpenter. There's no room for you to earn anything extra, except if you already have your own business, but than we wouldn't even discuss the poor. So you usually have one lousy job for 300 € a month, and that's it. What they can actually do, is make a priority list in their lives, do they really need that pizza this week, after a hard work, warm, full mouth of deliciousness for 2 minutes, or they want to skip the queue. Stop with all the fast food and soda for a week and you'll kill two birds with one bullet.
My overall opinion is that if you cannot afford 1 time transaction of 10$ for your hobby, then you really should not play WoW, but instead focus how to improve your life. There is always options and extra work, especially nowadays when tnx to the internet everything is so much more globalised. This hours waiting in queue can be spend in educating,or learning new specialisation, or looking for some extra work or finding a better job. And if your country is so bad that there is no hope there, maybe instead of playing WoW you should try to find a way out and emigrate to country that provide more options. There is always option if looking for one, however most people are too lazy to put the extra effort and just don't do do anything.

If you make 300 € a month you should absolutely be able to afford 10$ single time donation. And if you don't wanna do it because your hobby is at such low priority, that maybe you do deserve to sit in queue.

BTW i always wonder, how come people can afford PC to play games and repair it or buy new one when it break, but when it comes to something like 10$ single time donation they always can't afford it.

    Following up on mentioned scenario.
Most of these are kids with no job and no possibilities to earn any money, and when I say "any", I mean NONE at all. Everything you can get is from your parents. So, how are you going to explain to your mom and dad that you need 10 Euros for a game? They would throw you out of a window. Because you need new sneakers, new TV, new everything, and you ask for a game? Might as well be thrown out along with the window, which is probably for a replacement, too. You don't have for all the bills and food, and you want money for a game, think about that.
How do you buy a computer, anything at all in this scenario? Go on loans at banks, friends, neighbors, who are not on loans in that particular moment. Otherwise, they cannot possibly help you. And when you have finally paid one of your loans, you can replace a device that is broken.
300 € is a bare minimum to exist in a city, and as I said, skip your favorite food and soda for a week for a one time payment.

The education part, are you really serious about it? You want to play a game for crying out loud, NOT work hard for days and months to enter a game! If you quit Wow to earn money to play it, after all that time you did not play, you wouldn't even want to get back to it!
During High school, your money is what you get from your parents and grandparents, relatives that is, and they do not have for "imaginary" stuff, such as games. Emigrate? Ha, that's a good one! I am sure you're gonna be able to emigrate to play a game, that's a really good reason every country would agree with and welcome your poor ***, as if they had no reasons to try and emigrate long ago. That option is also greyed out.
That is a default scenario in poor countries, much further away from your happy bubble, as it turned out.

There's a free alternative, Lordaeron. If their situation is so ****ty they can't afford that 10€, they should look for an alternative. Lordaeron is queue free, it's the same game, the rates are just bit different.

You are shifting your arguments now. The post i responded early was specifically about people who are working, but cannot afford 10$. However now you start talking about kids.

People don't realize that "10 bucks" is, for some people, a whole day's work in some countries, and if speaking of mine, you cannot find an extra job to do and earn something, everyone's a little bit of an electrician, a plumber, even a carpenter.
This was what i responded first, obviously you are talking about adults not kids.

My position about kids is that this is how life work. If you are a kid your life is not under your control, you are depending on your parents. If they decide not to give you 10$ for something, it sucks but that's how life it. You will have to wait till you grow up and have your own money. However i don't think "kids don't have money" is viable argument for someone to change his server policy.

How do you buy a computer, anything at all in this scenario? Go on loans at banks, friends, neighbors, who are not on loans in that particular moment. Otherwise, they cannot possibly help you. And when you have finally paid one of your loans, you can replace a device that is broken.

PC that can run games cost at least few hundred $. You can get few hundred $ loans from friends and neighbors, but you can't get 10$? That just sound so unrealistic.

The education part, are you really serious about it? You want to play a game for crying out loud, NOT work hard for days and months to enter a game! If you quit Wow to earn money to play it, after all that time you did not play, you wouldn't even want to get back to it!

First of all we are talking about adults, so your point about high school is out of place. You can keep educating yourself as adult, this have nothing to do with been at high school. For example you can learn how to do basic programming from GOOGLE, and find some extra work while waiting in queue. There is plenty of other options as well.

Also you seem to complete miss my point. I am not saying you have to work hard to play a video game. I am saying if your cant afford 10$ single time for a hobby, then you should work hard so you will be able in the future to do so. I mean if you cant spend 10$ once, how are you gonna go watch a movie. or go on a date, or do any of the basic stuff people do. If you wait in queue MULTIPLE HOURS A DAY, you obvious have free time that you are wasting, instead of improving your life. And btw there is nothing wrong with wasting your time, no judgment here, but you have to accept the consequences will be that you cannot afford nice things. For example you will have to wait in queue like everyone else who cant afford 10$.

That is a default scenario in poor countries, much further away from your happy bubble, as it turned out.
For the record i am from Bulgaria, we are a poor country in eastern Europe, i get paid around 350$., a month, and i can absolutely afford 10$ for a hobby. I can work more and earn more, but i chose not to because i wanna have more free time. However i do accept that the consequences of my actions are not been able to afford other things that i wish i could.

  5. Absolutely anyone who has a job and is actually playing here can purchase that bare minimum, I didn't mean to make an excuse for this group of people.

So, people can afford a PC but don't have 10 bucks? That means a PC costs less than 10 bucks in those poor countries you're talking about? Think again.

Absolutely anyone who has a job and is actually playing here can purchase that bare minimum, I didn't mean to make an excuse for this group of people.
It's like talking to 2 different people. You're contradicting yourself, like alot.

  7. If your parents are paying for a good enough PC to play WOTLK, and internet connection, especially if you have the time to WAIT ALL DAY LONG in the que, you can do some house work instead of them and ask them to give you 10 euros to pay for the fkin que skip.

    STOP BEING SO CHEAP.

There are 2 options and they wont change any time soon (maybe ever):
    1. Donate 10 euros ONCE on a FREE TO PLAY SERVER, to skip the HUGE QUE,
    2. Sit in the que whole day long and quit the game eventually.

    P.S.
These posts wont change anything, except prove that you have poor logic and common sense, also that you dont value your time properly.
Please stop and find a way to earn and donate in 2k19.

Even if someone don't have a job, you shouldn't make a excuse for him. Imagine sitting for hours on your computer waiting in queue for Warmane and complaining at the forums, when you actually don't have a job and cant afford basic stuff? There must be something seriously wrong with person like that and having long queue times is something i will consider a good thing in that case. Maybe that guy will get so tired of sitting in queue that he will move his *** and find a job...

Only cases i feel like " i cant afford 10$ once to save hours every day" is justified is if you are a kid, obviously there can be countless reasons why kids parents don't want to give him 10$, or if you have some kind of disability and you are literally unable to work. In every other case it seems to me that instead of waiting hours every day in queue, you can make something to earn some extra money.

Being a child is not an excuse. You could do any normal child task such as babysitting, cutting grass, shoveling snow or any other normal chore for money. You simply just don't want to put in the effort.

  10. You don't get paid for doing all that, at least not here.

  11. what about loging at 6am? no que = 100% win lul

    just here to taunt <3

    Nice.

Best is when you login any given moment and there's no queue, now that's priceless.

Well okay, it costs only like 10€, but after that it's priceless.

  13. Minimum from my country is now 2.6€...

  14. damn guys this queue is ridiculous, most pathetic ****e ever omg, I LITERALLY queued yesterday at 18:37, and after tremendous strain and effort I only got into the realm almost immediately lol get punked snowflakes :))
10 Euro or play zero, nab
