Choose Your Path and A Change of Heart

After i got friendly with ashen verdict i chose Ashen Band of Vengeance instead of Ashen Band of Might and later i changed it with A Change of Heart but the upgrade path at Ormus the Penitent is still shoving the upgrade path for Ashen Band of Vengeance instead of Ashen Band of Might which i have now , and currently I am revered with Ashen verdict. Is the quest broken , or should i wait some time or should i change the rings again or am i stuck with vengeance upgrade for that toon until the end of times ?

If this works fine for other players, try to open an in-game ticket maybe?
I had an issue with the Ashen Verdict rep, which it didn't let me change my ring, so I made in-game ticket, and the GM enabled the A Change of Heart quest for me.
