What are these rocks?

Hey guys, I've been noticing the number of rocks in the Dalaran Horde Bank growing in number slowly over time.

Any idea what they are?

They're spreading out to the streets of dalaran as well. (WOTLK, Icecrown server, New Models client)

It's probably a Titan doing Nr 2's in the corner.

They are typically used by the developers to indicate a proximity for something such as an anvil or forge, or some other such thing in the game. They're supposed to be hidden below textures though. It has nothing to do with your WoW client.
