Talent reset and double spec

I'm a 80 resto druid who enjoy both pvp and pve, can I double spec resto ? One for PVE and one for PVP ?

If not, the cost of reset talent cap at how much pls ?

yes, you can have Resto-PvP as "primary talent" and Resto-PvE as "secondary talent"
