    I am in need of help

    I found this guy that used to/plays on the warmane server and i saw that his UI does have this really nice battle text with an arching effect.
    I am dumb so i can't find the option for this anywhere (i've been searching for a whole day now)


    I tried everything and i failed, so maybe you guys can help me
