Realms Making items from the vote shop(and coin shop) not soulbound.

Hello,

I would like to make a suggestion about the vote shop.
Make the items non soulbound until they have been equipped. This would save you time(since you are understaffed), so people who make an honest mistakes can correct it on their own.
While you probably wont, I would really appreciate if you could give an honest explanation as to why this isn't possible.

The point shop receives no support as is, we also removed all BOEs a few years ago.
It's there to help people get an item or two when they make a new character, not to be a source of income.
