[ANSWERED]how to restore old account?

i used to have level 80 hunter i played alot

i think this user was removed because i was inactive for some time

i opened a new account from the same mail

i tried to open support ticket but only catagory i can chose is ban appeal

and it doesnt let me send the ticket if i dont have ban , or dont pick a catagory...

what to do?

You can try messaging [email protected] and explain your issue but I highly doubt your account can be restored.
