    My SUPPORT ticket1-Item Misbuy。
    I submit this ticket is almost 48hours,But the problem remains unsolved.

    If staff delays,may cause me to be unable to refund normally。

    If it's item misbuy you only need to submit it within 24 hours, they'll get to it eventually and that's fine.
