Never heard about insta 80 on Lordaeron.
If you lost your characters, try opening a ticket about it. A forum post most likely won't help in this situation.

Dude do you mean Blackrock PvP Realm? That one is insta 80. Just change your Realmlist.

on Lordaeron there is no service to give instant lvl 80 to your character BUT you can buy a level 80 char from other players at Trade section:
