    Macro [HELP]

    Hello guys i have question i want to use premeditation and after that cheap shot and i wonder cuz premeditation have 20s cd can i place
    lk 20 cd on premeditation if i vanish and want to again cheap shot target i cant cuz premeditation will be on cd

    Macros have limited abilities, it may be possible, but I doubt it. Other than checking if it's form, friend, enemy, dead and exists they can't check for CD on other spells.
    Just use two buttons.
