Item stats are suddenly gone

So I had this item that used to give 12 str 12 sta 12 crit but now the stats are suddenly gone and all it gives is armor. It's not a visual bug, stats simply don't apply to my character.
I deleted WDB folder and relaunched game, reloaded several times, nothing worked.
Any fix?

I saw you saying this in global today. You linked the boots and I was seing the correct stats.
Delete the Cache folder. I am pretty sure the stats are actually applying but since the client doesn't see them, they are not reflected in your stats.
