All my characters missing

hello. I grew up a paladin on this server with name Xoq then I did not play for a long time and when i log back he disappeared along with all the characters. But if i search my paladin Xoq on your armory i see it. What happen with my account ? Wher is all my characters ? I work to much to grow up this paladin on 1x rate and now he are not on my account.
My paladin name is Xoq
Please resolve this problem and find out where my paladin disappeared

Have you actually checked in game? It could of been flagged for a rename and you wont see it on site till you log in

Yes, I checked in game. When i logged it , all my heros from all realm they disappeared. What happen i don t know . I did not give that account to anyone.
