Burning Crusade HELP - (Warlock) Can't get Summon Imp spell

Hey guys!

I'm new to this particular forum but me and my friends have recently started playing and I made a belf warlock to play solo.
But I've ran into an issue where I have no idea how I can the Summon Imp spell.
I checked my spells but don't have it and have spoken to Summoner Teli'Larien but he doesn't have the spell available to buy and doesn't have the quest option for it.
Am I being daft and missing something, or have I ran into a bug?

I just started on this server and I ran into the same issue as you. If you search the bug tracker, this issue has been reported multiple times but ignored every time. There is no info communicated about the issue, so I think they don't know how/won't fix it and decided to just sweep it under the rug.
