Realms Scroll of deception

So my question why u dont make these scrolls for binds to account like heirlooms?
Its so bad sometimes when u dont need on a character u are full with scrolls and u wont use and where we need we get on every 100 bg wins..
I think all ll be happy if u make scrolls to account bind...

We cant get scroll for legendary xmogs so who want xmog those need pay that isnt enought for them?:D
And other idea enable legendary xmog in the game for example: 10 scrolls=1 legendary xmog.
