Or if your MH weapon is really terrible get 1 trinket and MH weapon I guess.

I would get 2 RS25HC items. Like STS + penumbra or STS + apocalypse advance.

Gloren and STS.

Those are the most impactful and hardest to obtain. Dbw is farmable at least on normal. Other ruby items are hard to obtain, but definitely much smaller upgrade than MH weapon.
