[ANSWERED]Cant login to client with correct password and email

hi im new to this server and downloaded my wotlk client from this site (havent changed anything in the directory)
but i cant seem to login using my email and password , it keeps giving me a popup saying the information is incorrect and that i should visit the battle.net support . which i dont understand because the info i entered is the Exact same as i use to log into this site , is there something else i should do or is it a bug ?.

Do not use an email when logging in, use your username.
