i bought the wrathful axe from the store and accidentaly mailed it on the WRONG toon. i wanted it on my warrior that's on the same acc. i clicked return mail on the toon i go the axe on and is now gone completeley. pls help

ive done that apporximatley 8 hours ago, with 2 open tickets ingame, still nothing. can you guys please just help
it can take several days for them to get to your ticket. you can either be patient and wait, or you can be impatient and wait. either 1 will take the same time.
funny how it takes a few seconds for them to take more of my money but cant take a minute of their time to help me hehe
