Technical MoP not launching after downloading files

Not sure if I'm doing something wrong or if I need to redownload the files :( a popup appears after trying to launch the client saying:

Data/enGB/wow-update-enGB-18273.MPQ: World of Warcraft can’t make a required change to an archive file. Be sure you have write permission for the World of Warcraft folder or try running the game in administrator mode. For more information, see: https://battle.net/support/article/6910

I'm noticing in the files there's a file with that name and I'm at a total loss for how to proceed/fix this problem. Any and all help is welcome and much appreciated.

Hello,

The folder is automatic read only, change that by right click> properties > uncheck read only

Then try again to launch
