[ANSWERED]Banned for winning a lvl 20ish bow from a rogue.

I was in WC on my warrior and won a bow over a rogue to replace my white throwing weapon, he raged and reported me and now I'm banned for ninja looting? How is that remotely fair? A rogue doesn't need a bow for dps, but as a tank its extremely helpful for long distance anything.
I cant find any way to appeal this ridiculous ban so here I am, asking what kind of mod thinks that taking a bow for tanking is ninjaing?
