Staff answering tickets

hey guys, does anyone know how long it takes for staff/GMs to act on tickets?
i have opened a ticket and a staff member did answer but i am still waiting for the problem to be solved.

We have eight GMs, to attend 5 realms it may take sometime to be answered, but we do as humanly possible.
