[ANSWERED]Banned 20days for disrespectfull to team, why a perm ban for botting?

So like 20days ago i was banned till the 29e for disrespecting the team.
ok np
So why do i have a perm ban for botting, ive never used botts or used glitches or buguse.
This is total bull**** if you ban me for 20days because you dont like what i write in the forum.
Why now come whit a bull**** rule that i botted, this is bull**** pur sang
I never botted...so lift the ban for botting pls.
