WotLK Shaman Earth totem

Hey guys, I recently started WoW and playing shaman atm. About the totems I can't find my earth totem which appearently i should have it by level 5, 6. I'm currently level 44 and i can't take the quest. Can anyone tell me what should i do? I need it for merging all the totems. I have every single one except earth. Thank you.

You will get a new all-in-one totem with quests or through dungeons sooner or later. If I recall correctly there's one in a quest in Hellfire Peninsula if you don't grind dungeons that much.

yea i know that combining totem quest that is why i need earth totem i can't finish it without that :(
