Lordaeron Weekly quest in dalaran still bugged

Hello guys,
I want to ask you, if you ever had the same problem, or if u fixed it somehow. I can´t take weekly quest in dalaran, the one which gives you 5x EOF and 5x EOT. I do not know why, because it worked every time, but after I did recustomisation of my character, many issues appeared. When I asked in-game, they just copy paste phrase, where was written to delete chache, which obviously did not help. At website, they told me that they are unable to help, and they are not able to answer for e-mail. I do not know how to fix it. Do you have some tips?

Seen several posts about this, probably a bugg, ask anyone else in your guild if it works for them, or Global incase you dont have a guild.
