WotLK Arms Warrior, Trinket decision

Hello,

would you rather add the Wintergrasp Resi+Ap prog Trinket or the Crit+Human-Racial one next to a normal pvp trinket for arms warriors, when there is no pve planned for ICC/Other trinkets in the near future + when I'm allready sporting an Oathbringer for sweet dps?

Should I go more defensive with the resi+Ap or rather with the crit+Human-Racial?

I'd get http://wotlk.cavernoftime.com/item=50198. You can replace it later with DBW or WFS. Both are quite easy to get from ICC 10/25 as a non donor.
