Legion models and Race swap

Hello everybody may i ask if there is a Model swap for race from Male orc to Male Undead working with the Legion models?
Searching around the only race swap i found bugs all the Orc NPC in game.

Same question, but I guess race swapping with the new models isnt possible

I watched and read some guide on internet about model editing and i tried to do it myself. It seems to work for easy swaps like from Orc to FelOrc but when i try to make the patch from Orc to Undead it is not complete and the char looks with holes in the face or weird colored. I need to edit other files rather than just the main one but i don't know which one, there are not enough info on internet for this version of WoW (as it seems for every version files and address are different from each other).
Any tips or suggestions from experts would be much appreciated.
