ArP Trinkets, cd share?

Hello,

do Needle-Encrusted Scroption https://wotlk-twinhead.twinstar.cz/?...198#dropped-by and Mjolnirs Runestone https://wotlk-twinhead.twinstar.cz/?item=45931 somehow share the same cd or can they procc at the same time, all the time? Thinking about getting Mjolnirs for CD on Trinket time and pve-stuff.

Might it even be worth to exchange them? Does Mjolnirs proc more often because it isnt bound by critical hits?

Dont know if they share the same cd or not but getting Banner of Victory instead of one would be much better.

But i won't reach 100% arp with its proc, needle encrusted scorpion gives 678 on proc (48,5 % ArP), which gets me almost to 100%

Banner of vitory gives me 84 (3,4 %) with a 1k ap proc... 1k is obviously a lot, but isn't getting to 100% ArP a priority here?

They have exactly the same cd and duration - they will often proc together. You might be able to desync them by unequipping/equiping one before fight - that should put trinket on 30s cd if i remember correctly.. if that doesnt work or you don't want to bother before each fight then definitely banner.
