WotLK Death issue

Hello,

I've sent in-game ticket about the issue, but I've read somewhere it usually takes several days to respond.

The issue is: I entered Blackrock Depths dungeon and died. When I came to revive, my ghost fell into the lava.
On the side of "the pool" there's a chain, and you're supposed to get on him and climb back. But when I start climbing, I fall through the chain.

I asked to be revived at the safe location.

I'm writting about this, hoping someone will help me soon. Thanks for the understanding and I'm hoping for the fast reply.
