Hi all,
I donated for 5 items for trangmog. However, 4 of the 5 items just never went into my bags when I opened them from mail.
I've created a support ticket, but there has been no reply for over a day and my experience with tickets is that the response is quite quick.
Is there some other way I should be reporting this issue, or do I just need to wait several days to a week?
