What is the best weapon in point shop for us ? ( i will do both pvp and pve ).

Id say reclaimed shadowstrike from onyxia. Has great stats and a nice on hit proc. Pure stats wise 239 weapons from ulduar are propably slightly better bcs of gems

for tank i would just go for Dark Edge of Depravity, just because it has hit and 2 jc sockets.

Honestly, you are better off going for non weapon items IF you have the perseverance to grind some gold for the battered hilt, check the AH for cheap epics and get whatever is hardest to get for you outside of that with points instead.
