WotLK Heroes of Old quest bugged?

I finished the Heroes of Old quest, and when the ghost of the orc summoned the ghost of the Tauren, he gave me a quest to open a chest that's supposed to spawn right by him. Only, it didn't spawn. I think it's bugged, and I cannot complete the quest to get the quest reward item. How can this be fixed?
