WotLK Mac Alt Key Modifier not working

Hi, I play on Mac and I am trying to find a way to create a macro using the "Command" key as a modifier. For some reason using the "alt" modifier in my macro commands does not work. I can't find anything in the forum or online regarding this issue. It seems that retail WOTLK had an option you could check to use Command as alt but I don't see it here.

I think ⌘ = Ctrl and Option = Alt
