    Banned ?

    Please give me some assistance here. it's says my account has been banned due to botting. And that i was last logged in from a 80.239.200.111 IP adress. That is based in Sweden, And i for sure do not live or have been to Sweden. What is this ?

    It means somebody has hacked you.

    Somebody got into your account and ran bots with it. Next time enable 2FA.

    You can try to appeal it. Make sure you do it properly because it's 1/month.

    Ip ban can and has happened before (according to forums) if you get ip that has been banned before (router reset etc) you should make support ticket

    Ban appeal via website. If that option isn't there, then you need to send your appeal to [email protected]
