Faction specific AV fps drops for whole team

We go into an AV. All 40 players experience FPS drop to 1-5 fps.
We are alliance.

Horde are fine, they cap bases etc.

Seems to me someone is exploiting something.

Happened to me once, fixed after dying.
Don't think it's an exploit, just sever side nonsense.
