WotLK Map quest trackers bugged, client-side issue?

For some reason whenever I open my map for the second time after logging in, none of the areas or numbers for quests show up, and any turn in ? marks get sticky, the same marks staying on the map in the same places no matter where I zoom in or out. I'm fairly certain this is client-side, and I'm not sure how to fix it. On the same vein, none of my quest progress in the map updates until I log out and log back in, wherein the problems just restart but with my progress at that time.

(Potentially relatedly, when I exit the client and reopen it, it doesn't save my window resolution settings?)

Try to delete your standartd Blizzards addons, it will automatically replace the gap with new from the client.
