Now I have the most mounts of the alliance, or we can say all of them

When I use "Faction change" from alliance to horde, the mounts will be removed or disappear or something??

Tell me about that service please, I can't find anything that explains it

The system converts the mounts to their other faction versions, some are changed in the mounts tab other arrive as items in the mailbox. For more clarification and specific mount submit a ticket in-game.
