[ANSWERED]Ban Appeal

Hello,

I have been away from WOW for many months, upon logging into my account I see that i have an IP ban for "advertising" and i believe this to be in error. My IP is not the listed 96.x.x.x it is a 67.x.x.x with the isp "Comcast" and has been for nearly 3 years.
How can i go about the ban appeal process, the support tab has been disabled.

Edit: In reviewing the "91.xxxxx" it it tied to host-91-197-65-161.teleconnect.ru the .ru being the telling point. I am an American and have never be outside of the United States, this looks clearly like a Russian "hack" for lack of a better term. Please consider my appeal and review my associated IPs, i have always played from America and this is an obvious miss.
