1. New to Warmane, what to expect?

Myself and 2 friends have decided to play here. We are casual and PvE focused. Looking on some input on which server to play on.

    Specific questions I have are:

Do we need to worry about competing with/griefing by box armies or large box groups?
We may not do alot of raiding but are dungeons also more difficult on Lordaeron or only raids?
Is it realistic to find a casual friendly community on Lordaeron? Another server?

Any advice or must have for people knew to Warmane?

    Thanks

  2. if you wanna play in icecrown remember that you will need to donate for skip queue when realm is "full".

    From lorderon pov.

No, the ocassional multiboxer usually raid capital cities, so that's not a major issue. same for 80's legit groups. the 80 lonely ganker usually don't last much if people notify in global chat.
the usual gank zones are stv, tanaris and honor hold.

    only raids are buffed.

you can't put any other server name here and imo lordaeron is pretty solid.
leveling itself is pretty casual, maybe some gogo fa990t here and there, but if you idea is just leveling and 80 log on content is ok.

    lordaeron is x1 rate.
    heirlooms avaliable. RDF is avaliable.
Only downside is the crossrealm pvp.

  3. Theres really no reason to play Lordaeron unless you want a harder icecrown citadel or can't skip icecrown's que time. Even then Lordaeron probably has only a handful of guilds in progression stage so its harder to get into.

  4. Dude, you act like this will be your life,. man, if you like to play a game, play it, don't try to make it into some brave thing you are doing.. It's a bloody game. You understand that?

  5. Multiboxers are still rampant but to a much lesser extent compared 2 years ago. They only grief outside of BGs and Wintergrasp; usually staying in the city's main square near the bank.

Lordaeron dungeon difficulty is not buffed.

Hell yeah Lordaeron has the friendliest players. Just ignore the infrequent political discussion in global chat and you'll be in good company. Once you start doing endgame pve though, I suggest you bring alot of patience with you. Wiping and constant leaving can bring the worst out of players.
