Swing timer addon

Does anyone know a WOTLK compatible addon to display a swing timer? I just want a simple bar to time my AA.
I have tried quartz but for some reason it isn't working correctly, bars either appear and stay frozen in the screen or disappear after relogging, guess it is related to compatibility with X-perl or something.

Something else must be messing it up because I use quartz for swing timer and I also have X-perl for my unit frames with no issues.

Well, I can't toggle only the swing bar, it only appears if I enable player bars too, and it barely works, bugging all the time and not fading away etc...
I am using X-perl, Atlas, Bagnon, Bartender, Chatter, Chinchilla and OmniCC so I really don't see what's the problem.
