1. Spambots and automute

Here's the official statement on spam:
Spam/Flood: Using colored text or big Icons in global channels is not allowed. Flooding it with repeated messages neither. Avoid it to avoid being muted or banned.
It it considered spamming if someone would:
    - park a couple of alts in <away><busy> mode
    - post the absolute same message in #Global from all alts synchronously
    - avoid auto-mute by using a timer, just above the auto-mute threshold

If that is the case, what would be the way to report it and request appropriate sanctions be taken?

Obviously, "one person" as in "one character" cannot flood/spam due to the automatic mute.

How about when this is done with multiple alts, like it has been happening all the time with character trade, guild recruitment, arena LFG, coin purchase and all the stuff flooding #Global ?

Addons and extended ignore lists help in a way, but I don't want to have to deal with ignoring everyone that sets up a level 20 spam brigade.

    Thanks for your consideration!

  2. Just open a report showing them using multiple characters to bypass the limit and it'll be handled. But I don't think it extends to situations like pug raids where the leader spams and then a couple other people start spamming.

  3. Should be forbidden to spam WTS (ESPECIALLY character trading) and guild recruitment messages on global channel there are other sub-channels like trading, recruitment and similar for this purpose. It's so annoying that can't see important messages like raids and similar

  4. Each global schould be free of trade spamm.
