How long is AV?

Please could any1 answer me how long does it usually take for one AV?
Is it average 20 or more minutes?
So from start, to victory or defeat.

It depends. I have been in AV's which lasted under 6 minutes, and I have been in AV's which lasted longer than an hour and a half. The average time, however, & assuming both factions are equally matched, would take anywhere between 30 minutes to an hour to complete. The situation on Warmane is much different though, because faction imbalance per BG on average is very prevalent. The true average on Warmane is somewhere between 20 minutes and 30 minutes. It could end much faster, but the dominant faction PvP like mad-men and farm the opposing faction in their graveyards like trash mobs.

These times aren't measured and weighed at all, it's merely estimates. I would only really note the very short ones, and the excruciatingly long ones. Hope this helps.
