[ANSWERED]cannot see my character

Hey there! I cannot see any character names on the shop/marketplace for coins or points do they got deleted for inactivity ? i was about to come back and check my chars downloading the game atm but im worried they might got deleted :\ why can i not see their names on the shops when i select the realms?

I have the same issue above. I cannot see any of my character. It's been a while since I last login. :\ Hopefully I can still recover it if it got deleted.
