Hi i cant spent point talents in the talents improve charge, iron will and tactical mastery, in arms spec is that a bug or something else? Thanks for your helop

You need to have 5 talents already used in the Arms tree to advance to the next tier.

i have the 5 talents, in fact i have the posibilite to choose that talents but the game dont apply the selection and i have a talent point to spent
