Lordaeron Need help with a Quest

I must do a quest called Rescue the Survivor, where I must cast a specific heal on an NPC, a draenei survivor. Sadly, after casting this or any other skill on him, clicking him or anything else. Nothing really happens. So I can't complete this quest, I've waited a long time, thinking maybe someone else healed him first and I must wait a bit, but no... Nothing so far, please... Any ideas?
