Technical my character on icecrown is now stuck in ghost(dead)

so i was trying to get to MC and as i was doing it i died and when i respawnd i went to body where it was on map but nothing then after i tryed going to spirt healer but they are not there idk what to do would love it if u guys could either reive me or tell me what to do i was revived in searing gorge with no spirt healers and no idea wher to go btw first time paying wow so if i just dumb plz let me know
