[ANSWERED]Mistake

Hello,
I used the vote system to buy a polearm (Lotrafen, Spear of the Damned) for 17 points, but i have clicked the wrong character and send it to my level 41 paladin. Is it possible to fix this and transfer it to the right character.
Asking this in here to find out if u can help me.(I have opened a ticked ingame too)
