Premium status deleted, characters deleteed
Hi. I haven't played in my account for some time. After logging in today, I saw that I did not have a premium status for donating earlier about two years ago, and my character is removed. What can I do now? I am sure that a premium account was purchased here

Premium status should not get removed. Make sure it's the right account. If it is, send an email to [email protected]

I don't know what you mean with "email is turned off" but you have to send an email to [email protected] for support.
