[ANSWERED]Recovering account , ban appeal ?

Hello , I am banned for a multi-using account , I sent a gmail like 5 times now , it's been more than 5 months since my account was banned. I want to know what is the banned time , is it forever or something ? I really want to come back to the server and play. I spent quite the money donating on this account so i want to get it back ,i mean it's already 5 months . Cant you make a small discount on this one.. I mean , it's not hacking or something. Anyway it wont happen again. I am using this because i cant seem to get answear on my gmail. To the actual info@warmane email . So this is my last effort here. I have sent more than 4-5 emails , as to try to bring you to at least talk to me about the issue. I am asking for forbearance here. I am know that i did wrong , but i think i deserve a second chance.
