    [ANSWERED]is it ok for lvl80 to harass lower levels? (spawncamping)

    the question is in title. ive come across a few ppl intensionally harassing lower lvl players and camping at quest givers.
    latest hero of the game: bloodelf DK Shusharra, camping at borean tundra graveyard and near questgivers repeatedly not alowwing ppl to level.
