Did ICC raiding change for others after September?

So for the past 3 weeks I've noticed the following changes:

DPS on DBS dropped significantly. Mages who did 17k, 18k dps now do 14k.
Ferals who hit 21k now do 16-17k dps.

Trashmob clearing was way faster before, now bosses take ~ 5min each of a total of 1hour spent for bosses and trash...well clearing trash takes also 1 hour....not anymore, now trash takes 2hours.
As if their defenses and resists were buffed, or our classes lost some DMG, not sure what exactly.


Anybody else feeling ICC is dragging over 3-4hours lately, when it was swiped in two hours in the past?

With some wipes we did 1:45 full hc clear this week, seems as usual.

Fwar / Feral from experience feels much weaker these last two weeks. Fwar in particular feels much more rage starved than normal. There's a new wave of bugs in ICC at the moment, maybe some classes have been affected also?

There is absolutely no info about icc being touched.
But there has been some weird stuff going on with Icecrown lately with weird bugs popping up so honestly it would not suprise me if something broke in icc.
