WotLK reset every time

Good afternoon.
Every time I enter the game, my client settings are reset.
It’s like the first time I launch the launcher.
I need to browse and agree to the user agreement.
Account login is not saved.
In-game video and audio settings are reset.
How can this be solved?

Make sure you delete the torrent. Just in case, move the WoW folder somewhere else. Then right click it - properties - disable read-only
